Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and set up medication reminders on your smartphone.

How it works

You can submit a medical query within minutes and get a prompt response from a clinical using your preferred method of contact: telephone, email, text, video and if clinically necessary a face to face appointment.

You can submit your query between 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday, except on Wednesdays 8:00am -11:30pm. Please be aware that if our GPs reach full capacity, you may be asked to re-submit your request the following day. If you feel that your query can’t wait, please contact the surgery via phone or e-mail, we are still here for you.

You can also submit administrative queries online such as access to medical records, cancelling appointments vaccination help and any other general advice.

Non-urgent advice: Feedback is always much appreciated

AskMyGP gives you the option to leave this after your request has been completed.
