Should You Require A Sick Note
Before requesting a sick note from the GP, you can access the latest information about them here.
You can request a sick note by contacting the surgery via AskMyGP, phone, or at the front desk. You will likely need to discuss the reasoning for the note with a doctor before one is issued.
If you are receiving regular sick notes and need to request a new one, please contact the surgery the day your note is due for renewal. Sick notes can only be issued on or after the day they are due. We cannot issue sick notes early.
