If you require a home visit, please request this before 10.30am to allow the doctors to plan their day accordingly. Please note home visit requests should be for people who are housebound or too ill to attend surgery.
Please give as many details as possible when calling. The decision to carry out the home visit is the responsibility of the doctor and a telephone consultation may take place prior to the visit.
